💌 What is the LiebesBoxi?
The Dear Boxi is a lovingly put together surprise box with high-quality, preloved (used) and/or new baby items – perfect for sustainable moms and dads who value quality, surprise and environmental awareness.
👶 What age is the box suitable for?
Our boxes are currently for babies aged 0 to 24 months thought. You can specify your child's age when ordering – this is how we ensure everything fits perfectly!
♻ ️ Are all products used?
Not only! Our boxes mainly contain gently cared for second-hand treasures, but often too new or homemade extras – e.g. E.g. organic tea, snacks, DIY products or little surprises from the mom cosmos.
🧼 Are the used products hygienic?
Yes, definitely! We pay strict attention to quality and clean, disinfect or wash all items carefully before they go into your box. Safety and cleanliness are our top priority.
🎁 What is included in a box?
The exact content remains a surprise – but you can choose a mix of Clothing, toiletries, toys and loving extras rejoice. Each box is individually put together with heart.
💡 Can I specify wishes or special features?
Yes, of course! You can e.g. during the ordering process. B. special preferences, colors or no-gos specify (e.g. E.g. no wool, vegan products, no pacifiers etc.). We try to take your wishes into account as best as possible.
📦 How often can I order a box?
You can either one-time box order or sign up for one monthly surprise subscription decide – can be canceled at any time! Perfect for moms who want to discover something beautiful on a regular basis.
🌍 Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Germany's – to your desired address, also possible as a gift. Other countries are being planned.
🎉 Can I also give the LiebesBoxi as a gift?
Oh yes! Our boxes are also available as Gift boxes ideal. You can have one personal message add, and we pack everything particularly lovingly – with wrapping paper if desired.
🐣 What if I don't like a product?
If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, please contact us. We always find one loving solution. 💗
🎄 Are there also seasonal or special boxes?
Yes! In addition to our classic love boxes, we regularly offer seasonal special boxes an – for example to Christmas, Easter, your 1st birthday or as a welcome birth gift. These boxes contain lovingly put together highlights to suit the season or occasion – also ideal as a gift.
